Ingredients
- 10 oz (285 g) Lo Mein style egg noodles (cooked)
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) vegetable oil
- 2 cups (500 mL) red cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 cup (250 mL) matchstick carrots
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced and divided
- 1 bottle (355 mL) VH® Teriyaki Stir-Fry Sauce
Directions

Step one
In wok or large skillet set over medium-high heat, heat oil. Stir-fry cabbage, carrots, red pepper and half the green onions for 3 to 5 minutes or until starting to soften.

Step two
Pour in VH® Teriyaki Stir-Fry Sauce; stir and bring to a boil. Add noodles and toss until well coated.

Step three
Garnish with remaining green onions before serving.
Tips
Substitute Lo Mein style egg noodles with soba or rice noodles.
