Conagra offers a wide variety of food products through our iconic brands (each a “Brand”). Personal Information does not include deidentified information or aggregate consumer information.

Conagra obtains the categories of Personal Information listed above from the following categories of sources:

Directly from you. For example, from forms or surveys you complete or products and services you purchase.
Indirectly from you. For example, from observing your actions on our website or from information your computer or mobile device transmits when interacting with our website or mobile applications, among other things.
Third parties. For example, third party partners may give us information about you.

Sale of Personal Information

In the preceding twelve (12) months, Conagra has not sold Personal Information.

Your Consumer Rights and Choices

Subject to certain limitations, you have the right to:

To exercise any of your rights described above, as well as to request that we limit our processing of your personal information, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us (i) utilizing our online webform available at Conagra Privacy Request Webform; (ii) by email at Privacy@Conagra.com, or (iii) by mailing a letter to the following address:

Once we receive the request, we will validate the information that you provide and send a message to the email address you provided in the request. Please follow the instructions in that email to verify your email address and/or provide any additional information that may be needed to process your request.

Only you, or a person authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your Personal Information. If we receive your request from an authorized agent and they do not provide a valid power of attorney, we may ask the authorized agent to provide proof that you gave the agent signed permission to submit the request to exercise rights on your behalf. In the absence of a valid power of attorney, we may also require you to verify your own identity directly with us or confirm to us that you otherwise provided the authorized agent permission to submit the request.

Changes to Our Québec Privacy Notice

We may change this privacy notice from time to time. If we make changes to this privacy notice, we will notify you by revising the Effective Date at the top of this policy and in, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice, such as adding a statement of notice on the App and Website or sending you a notification.
