Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon ghee or butter
  • 1 jar Marigold Butter Chicken Sauce
  • 400g chicken, cut into 1-inch pieces

Directions

  • Step one

    Heat butter or ghee in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken until browned as desired.

  • Step two

    Reduce heat. Add sauce and simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.

Tips

Stir in some heavy cream and butter and finish with a small amount of garam masala.
