Ingredients
- 1 can (540 mL) AYLMER® ACCENTS® ITALIAN CHUNKY STEWED TOMATOES (no salt added)
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) butter
- 1 cup (250 mL) sliced onions
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) curry powder
- 1 cup (250 mL) whipping cream
- 1 can (540 mL) chickpeas, drained

Step one
Melt butter in large, deep skillet set over medium heat; cook onions and curry powder for about 5 minutes or until softened.

Step two
Stir in tomatoes, cream and chickpeas; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes or until slightly thickened.
