Ingredients
- 1 can (796 mL) AYLMER® WHOLE PLUM TOMATOES
- 1/2 cup (64 g) sliced black olives
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) capers
- 1 anchovy fillet, finely chopped
- 1 tsp (5 g) red chili flakes
- 1 tsp (5 g) each salt and pepper
- 12 oz (375 g) hot cooked spaghetti
Directions

Step one
Chop tomatoes; place in large skillet set over medium-high heat. Stir in olives, vinegar, capers, anchovy, chili flakes, salt and pepper; bring to boil.

Step two
Reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes or until slightly thickened.

Add hot cooked spaghetti, tossing to coat evenly.
