Ingredients
- 1 can (540 mL) AYLMER® DICED TOMATOES
- 2 cups (500 mL) cooked quinoa
- 1 can (540 mL) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) chili powder
- 2 tsp (10 mL) smoked paprika
- 1 tsp (5 mL) each salt and pepper
- 1 cup (250 mL) shredded Cheddar cheese

Step one
In large saucepan set over medium-high heat, combine tomatoes, cooked quinoa and beans; stir in chili powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.

Step two
Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes or until fragrant. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over top.
